BARTLESVILLE, OK -- An email circulated Thursday about a man in regular clothes and a plain car trying to pull over a woman on U.S. 75.

Bartlesville Police Chief Tom Holland said Friday afternoon that the man was a reserve officer who was off duty and out of his jurisdiction when he tried to stop the woman.

Holland has told that man he's no longer a volunteer and the district attorney will decide whether to file charges.

The woman didn't pull over and immediately reported the incident.
