Man Killed In Jenks Crash

A three-vehicle accident on U.S. 75 in Jenks resulted in the death of a motorist and tied up southbound traffic for at least an hour early Thursday morning.

JENKS, OK -- A three-vehicle accident on U.S. 75 in Jenks resulted in the death of a motorist and tied up southbound traffic for at least an hour early Thursday morning.

Jenks Police say a southbound pickup truck struck a pickup truck turning northbound on U.S. 75 at 111th Street South. That impact sent the second pickup into a third vehicle.

The first pickup truck then continued on and struck a pole on the side of the highway.

Police say the driver of the first pickup truck was taken by EMSA to a Tulsa hospital where he was pronounced dead. He has been identified as 55-year-old Glenn Willis Sevier of Henryetta.

Jenks Police investigated the accident.
