Tulsa Parents To Stand Trial In Son's Shooting Death

TULSA, OK -- A judge has ruled Tulsa parents charged with felony child neglect will stand trial.

Amber Jordan, 26, and Douglas Allen, 28, are accused of allowing their 6-year-old son access to a gun.

The boy, who had Down Syndrome, accidentally shot himself in January while his parents were in the home. He died at the hospital.
