Ottawa County Grandfather's Cause Of Death Released

FAIRLAND, OK -- State investigators are looking for answers into who broke into an Ottawa County home and killed a grandfather.

The medical examiner says 64-year-old Sam Sanders died from a gunshot wound to the chest.

His wife was tied up and beaten.

Investigators say the couple had custody of their grandchildren, a 21-year-old grandson and a 15-year-old granddaughter.
