OKC Officer Veers Into Vacant House

OKLAHOMA CITY -- An Oklahoma City police officer crashed his vehicle into an abandoned house.

The officer was responding to a call when he says the car in front of him suddenly slammed on the brakes.

To avoid hitting the car, the officer says he swerved and hit a vacant home. This happened in the northeast part of the city.

The officer was not injured in the crash.
