Tulsa Mayor To Host Recovery Plan Forum

TULSA, OK -- Tulsa Mayor Kathy Taylor is hosting a forum on Monday to talk about the President's economic recovery plan.

Mayor Taylor will relay the messages and information of President Barack Obama's Administration regarding the funding to states and communities.

The forum will also provide a networking opportunity for contractors to meet those government and agency representatives who will be working on projects funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act.

Representatives from ODOT, Oklahoma Department of Commerce, City of Tulsa, secondary and higher education institutions will be on hand to discuss the recovery plan and the impact it will have on the City of Tulsa.

The forum will be held March 9 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Tulsa Convention Center, Assembly Hall.
