A Greener Way To Put Out Fires

SAPULPA, OK -- An Oklahoma City company showed Sapulpa firefighters a greener way to put out fires during a live demonstration Friday.

The makers of "Cold Fire" say their foam cools down fires 21 times faster than water. They say it's so safe, it's drinkable.

"Cold Fire" can be used on all types of fires. It's more expensive than traditional foam, but RDR Technologies says the product is concentrated so crews actually use less.
