The game at the Frank Erwin Center will begin at 8:05 p.m. and will be shown on ESPN.
The No. 2 Sooners (25-1, 11-0 Big 12) have won 13 straight games. They are in position to become the top-ranked team in the nation if they defeat the Longhorns.
OU is led by player-of-the-year candidate Blake Griffin, who averages 22.8 points and 14.2 rebounds a game.
Texas (17-8, 6-5) has lost four of its past six games. A.J Abrams and Damion James lead the Longhorns with 16.8 and 15.6 points per game, respectively.
