Tulsa Ballet's Jasinski Avoids Jail Time

TULSA, OK -- The former artistic director of the Tulsa Ballet will avoid jail time as part of a plea deal.

Roman Jasinski pleaded no contest to embezzling from his mother. He was originally charged with financial exploitation, but that was reduced as part of the deal.

He'll have to pay $750 in fines.
