Twiggy Returns To Tulsa For Boat Show

TULSA, OK -- Twiggy is back on her skis entertaining Tulsa crowds.  The world-famous water-skiing squirrel is showing off at the Tulsa Boat, Sport and Travel Show at the fairgrounds.

Twiggy has been amazing audiences for three decades.  She is now using her popularity to promote water safety by wearing a little life-jacket.

"I get a kick out of the little ones.  They come in and they and they just get beside themselves, and they say ‘I just love twiggy, I just love her,'" said Twiggy's owner LouAnn Best.  "People specifically bring their kids to the show to get Twiggy to convince them to wear their life vests."

Besides traveling the world, Twiggy's been in three movies.  And, there is talk about a movie all about Twiggy.

The water-skiing squirrel performs daily through Sunday at the Tulsa Boat, Sport and Travel Show.
