Traffic Stop Yields Tulsa Murder Suspect

TULSA, OK -- There are new developments in a weekend murder investigation.  Tulsa Police arrested 25-year-old Gary Beaty during a traffic stop on Wednesday night.

Beaty, who also goes by the name Concussion, told police he was not at the RiverPark Apartments last Saturday night when Billy Foster, Junior was shot and killed.

But investigators believe it was Beaty who shot Foster several times during an argument.

Beaty is being held without bond in the Tulsa County Jail on a count of first degree murder.
