Blue Cross Opens New Tulsa Service Center

TULSA, OK -- Blue Cross Blue Shield make its mark on Memorial with a remade building.  Blue Cross renovated the old Wal-Mart building near 42nd and Memorial into a state-of-the-art service center.

At a time when a lot of companies are downsizing, Blue Cross says it's making room to expand.  It says this building puts different departments under one roof, making it easier for members to process claims, make policy changes and resolve problems.
