TULSA, OK -- The Tulsa Oilers have announced a coaching change and general manager Taylor Hall is the interim head coach replacing Dan Hodge effective immediately.
Team owner and president Jeff Lund said he and Hall hope to have a permanent replacement named soon, so that Hall can continue to concentrate on his general manager duties.
The Oilers are 8-15-3 for 19 points and in fourth place in the Central Hockey League's Northeast Division.
Hall will be behind the bench Tuesday night when the Oilers host the Bossier-Shreveport Mudbugs at 7:05 p.m.
