Gas Company Honors Military

TULSA, OK -- A local natural gas company saluted those who serve on Thursday night.

Atlas Pipeline threw a holiday bash in honor of all veterans and those currently serving in the military.

"In lieu of having a Christmas party, they decided to do this for our veterans and our current military personnel. And they're also serving out here tonight, to help take care of the people that are here, so it's a great honor for our employees and on behalf of them I want to say thank you," said Atlas Pipeline CEO Bob Firth.

The Union High School Choir and ROTC performed for the troops and Thursday's ceremony was capped off with the retirement of a United States flag.
