ROGERS COUNTY, OK -- A nearly five year old missing person's case in Rogers County was solved on Thursday.
The Tulsa dive team found the body of Robert Sims in a rock quarry near Oologah Lake.
Charles Kirk, who's in the Rogers County jail for DUI, told deputies he had information about a murder from March of 2004. He claimed he was forced to help dispose of the body of Robert Sims.
Sims had been shot, wrapped in a tarp and tossed into the quarry.
Kirk took deputies to the dump site on Tuesday. Divers found the tarp and some bones.
Deputies arrested Eric Brouse. They say he confessed and even still had the suspected murder weapon.
