WAGONER COUNTY, OK -- The investigation into the death of an 18-year-old Broken Arrow man began on Monday with jury selection.

Jarret Clark was found dead in Fort Gibson Lake in 2006.

His family collected more than 8,000 signatures on a grand jury petition; because they're convinced his death was not an accident.

Witnesses say Clark was involved in a fist fight with two other men before he drowned, but one of those witnesses was recently killed in a car accident.

Clark's family is still hopeful they have enough information to prove their case.
