UNDATED -- An Oklahoma soldier is in military custody after arriving home from his deployment in Korea.

Michael Crawford faces federal conspiracy charges. He's accused of plotting with his aunt and girlfriend to have his wife killed.

The aunt and girlfriend have already pleaded guilty to conspiring in the crime.

Prosecutors say Crawford wanted his wife dead so he could collect the insurance money and marry his girlfriend instead.
