Economy Delays Store's Building Plans

SAND SPRINGS, OK -- Our economy in crisis has put plans on hold to build a new Lowe's store in Sand Springs. 

Sand Springs officials say the company has pushed the opening date back.  

It was set to open next fall, but now developers are looking at the fall of 2011. 

The store will be the anchor tenant for the new River City Crossing in Sand Springs.
