TULSA, OK -- Tulsa county deputies are asking for your help to solve a crime that happened during the Tulsa State Fair.

The assault happened on September 27th, just before 9 p.m. while the victim was at the Boyz II Men concert at the Tulsa State Fairgrounds.

The victim and a woman sitting in front of her had gotten into a disagreement.

"During the course of the concert, the suspect stands in a chair and the victim asks the suspect to get down. The suspect refuses. At some point during the concert, the victim moves the suspect's chair and the suspect turns around and during a confrontation, the suspect cuts the victim's throat," said TPD Officer Leland Ashley.

The victim was alert and talking as paramedics took her to the ambulance. At the hospital, she required several stitches on her neck.

Investigators have very little to go on and need help.

"She's described as having an orange color on top of her hair, so hopefully that makes her stand out or she's talked to someone about this or she feels bad about doing it," said Officer Ashley.

Deputies are anxious to find the woman and solve this case.

Anyone with information can call Crimestoppers at 596-COPS or "918 tip" to CRIMES. Everything is anonymous and you could earn a cash reward.
