TULSA, OK -- A 39-year old man has pleaded guilty to manslaughter stemming from a road rage stabbing earlier this year.
Alexander Busby had been charged with first degree murder.
During a hearing in Tulsa County District Court, Busby pleaded guilty to the reduced charge.
Tulsa Police say Busby stabbed another motorist, 29-year old John Hines, during a roadside confrontation. Busby told police officers, a car Hines was in, forced Busby's vehicle off I-244.
The state is recommending 5 years in prison.
Sentencing is scheduled for December 9.
