Accident Victim Dies From His Injuries

TULSA, OK -- A three vehicle accident proved fatal for a Tulsa man Friday morning.

The accident happened around 6:30 a.m. in the westbound lanes of I-244 just west of Memorial.

Oklahoma Highway Patrol say a pickup truck and red car hit one another sending the pickup truck into a guardrail and off the road.

The driver of the car, 29-year old Anthony Mattaliano of Tulsa, according to OHP troopers got out of his vehicle and was struck by another westbound second pickup truck.  

Mattaliano was rushed to a Tulsa hospital where he died. 

The driver of the pickup truck was not injured.
