Police Apprehend Murder Suspect

TULSA, OK -- Tulsa Police have arrested the third suspect in a deadly drive-by shooting.  19-year-old Vincent Berry, aka Venom, was taken into custody Tuesday night near Cincinnati and Zion.

Tulsa Police Sgt. Sean Larkin says officers had surrounded a house and spoke with Berry on the phone inside that home before he fled out the back door.

"He hid in a yard behind the house.  Our K9 officers were able to track him down and place him in custody," said Sgt. Sean Larkin with the TPD Gangs Unit.

The shooting happened nine days ago, near Cincinnati and Independence.  Four young men were shot, 16-year-old Donivan Crutcher was killed. 

Two others are also behind bars in connection with the shooting.
