The investigation continues into the murders of two girls in Weleetka. Agents with the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation test-fired dozens of pistols over the weekend.
Registered handgun owners brought the weapons to the Okfuskee County Courthouse in response to a letter from the OSBI.
Agents want to test any handguns in the area, in case a gun loaned to someone may have been used in the killings.
The girls, 11-year-old Skyla Jade Whitaker and 13-year-old Taylor Paschal-Placker, were found shot to death on June 8th.
Their murders remain a mystery. So far, no one has been arrested.
