Ingredients per sandwich:
3 slices of Texas toast-style bread (toasted golden brown)
½ oz. honey mustard dressing
1 piece leaf lettuce
2 slices tomato
2 oz. smoked deli-style ham - thinly sliced
1 slice deli-style Swiss cheese
2 oz. smoked deli-style chicken - thinly sliced
2 slices thick-cut peppered bacon (cooked until crisp but not burnt)
1 slice American cheese
½ oz. Ranch dressing
4 frill picks
Side order of choice
Preparation:
1. Place one slice Texas toast on cutting board.
2. Evenly spread ½ oz. honey mustard dressing on toast.
3. Place one piece leaf lettuce on dressing-covered toast.
4. Place two slices tomato on lettuce.
5. Evenly distribute ham on lettuce.
6. Place one slice Swiss cheese on ham.
7. Place one slice Texas toast on top of cheese, squared with bottom slice of toast.
8. Evenly distribute chicken on toast.
9. Place two slices cooked bacon on chicken, forming an "X".
10. Place one slice American cheese on bacon.
11. Evenly spread ½ oz. Ranch dressing on third piece of toast, and place on cheese, dressing down, square with other toast slices.
12. Place one frill pick in each corner and cut into quarters using sharp bread knife.
13. Carefully move to serving plate.
14. Serve with side of potato salad, potato chips, or favorite side item.
