Management Change At SemGroup

There is a new development from SemGroup.

Effective Wednesday, the president and chief operating officer of SemMaterials is no longer with the company.

A spokeswoman tells the News On 6, Frank Panzer has been replaced by Jerry Parsons. Panzer had been with SemMaterials since 2002.

The Tulsa oil and gas company filed for bankruptcy last week.
