A Wagoner County judge ruled Krina Hendricks home daycare should stay open and reversed an Oklahoma Department of Human Services' decision to revoke the owner's license.

Hendricks kept her daycare open after last December's ice storm.  Despite not having electricity, she used her oven to keep the house warm.

In Tuesday's ruling, the judge said DHS did not take into consideration the extreme hardships of the parents during a natural disaster and cited the fact that Hendricks has an unblemished record while operating her daycare.
