MUSKOGEE, Okla. (AP) -- The parents of a teenager who drowned more than two years ago say they still want a grand jury to be impaneled as part of the investigation into his death.

The parents of Jarret Clark have petitioned for the grand jury in Wagoner County. The 18-year-old Clark was last seen alive on May 14, 2006, while he was near Fort Gibson Lake, celebrating his graduation from Broken Arrow High School.

The manner of his drowning remains a mystery. Brandon Hargrove, a man who had been identified as a person of interest in the case, died in a one-vehicle accident near Coweta on Thursday.

Tammy Slater, Clark's mother, says the grand jury is scheduled to be impaneled on Dec. 1.
