Candidates have a week to get their message out before Tulsa votes. The primaries are seven days away and all eyes are on the battle for Tulsa County Commission District Two.
Incumbent Randi Miller will try to beat back a primary challenge from Sally Bell. Both candidates were scheduled to appear at Monday night's Republican Women's Meeting. But, Miller canceled, giving Bell the opportunity to set the record straight on what she calls misleading ads.
She says some of Miller's facts are out-and-out lies, like a county bail-out of the defunct Bell's Amusement Park.
"And another one that's kinda funny on that same flyer is that she says, 'no one loves Bell's more than Randi Miller.' I find that kinda funny," said Republican challenger Sally Bell.
The winner of the Bell-Miller face-off will take on Democrat Karen Keith in the general election.
