Police say slick streets got the better of some drivers overnight on Saturday, after thunderstorms popped up around Green Country.

A pick-up truck flipped on the Broken Arrow Expressway. Officers with the Tulsa Police Department say the driver was rounding the curve at Lewis and lost control. Both the driver and passenger will be fine.

Meanwhile, a man is recovering after crashing his car in East Tulsa. The accident happened near 21st and 121st East Avenue around 3:30 a.m.

Police say the driver had just had a fight at home, when he sped off and didn't make the curve by Cooper Elementary.

He hit a sign and was taken to the hospital.
