PBR Coming To Tulsa

The BOK Center may become a regular stop on the Professional Bull Riders circuit. 

During a news conference Wednesday morning, city of Tulsa and PBR officials announced they are in discussions to make the BOK Center an annual tour stop. 

This year, the PBR will be returning to Tulsa Convention Center on July 18-20. 

City officials say the PBR has been a revenue gold mine for the Tulsa Convention Center. 

"Tulsa has become a premier stop on the Built Ford Tough Series and we are looking forward to future years in a marquis building.  Tulsans should be proud of the BOK Center and we are excited for the opportunity to bring the Toughest Sport on dirt to the brand new venue," said PBR Chief Operating Officer Sean Gleason. 

The Professional Bull Riders has over 1,200 PBR bull riders who compete in more than 300 PBR sanctioned competitions yearly.
