Clerk Pulls Gun On Customers

A Tulsa store clerk is behind bars after customers say he pointed a gun at them.  

Tulsa Police arrested Devill Morris at the Stop and Shop at 12th and Houston.  

Two customers say when they tried to go inside the store to pay for gas Wednesday evening, Morris became irritated and got a shotgun from the trunk of his car.   The customers told police officers, the clerk waved the gun in their direction and made vague threats.   

A Tulsa Police officer called into the store was able to talk the clerk into coming outside without the gun. 

Morris did and was arrested and taken to the Tulsa County jail.
