Whole Wheat Banana Pecan Muffins

Ingredients:
1 cup honey
½ cup melted butter
3 eggs
3 ripe bananas mashed
3 cups whole wheat flour
1 ½ tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 ½ cups toasted chopped pecans

Preparation: Preheat oven to 400 and grease muffin tins. Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl. In a small bowl whisk together the next 4 ingredients. Pour dry ingredients into the wet ones and mix together. Fold in toasted pecans (to toast place in 350 oven for 10 to 15 minutes until fragrant). Fill muffin tins ¾ full and bake for 15 minutes. Yields 18 to 24 muffins.
