HOW Foundation Celebrates Anniversary

Tulsa's HOW foundation has come a long way, helping men with drug and alcohol dependencies. Sunday marked the 27th anniversary of the foundation.   

U.S. Congressman John Sullivan was the guest speaker for Sunday's celebrations.

The HOW Foundation prides itself on being completely independent on state or federal funding; instead it relies on donations.
