A Blessing For St. Francis South

It was an important day at Saint Francis Hospital in South Tulsa.  Friday marked the official blessing and dedication of the new hospital, near 91^st Street and Highway 169.  The hospital opened in June of last year at the former Saint Francis Heart Hospital.

Saint Francis South offers a broad range of medical services to Broken Arrow, Bixby, Jenks and other communities southeast of Tulsa.

The hospital is staffed with about 300 primary care and specialty physicians and it continues to expand.  Late last year the hospital added additional operating rooms, expanded their cardiac services and added women's services with labor, delivery and newborn care.
