State employees could get a little relief from rising prices at the pump. Senator Earl Garrison from Muskogee is co-sponsoring a bill that would encourage state agencies to allow employees to work four, 10 hours days.
Since state employees didn't get raises this year, lawmakers say eliminating one day's drive to work should help some.
Lawmakers believe they can pass this measure before they adjourn on Friday.
