Five teenagers could face legal problems after an overnight shooting.
Tulsa Police were called to a vacant home near 61st and Garnett around 2:30 a.m. Tuesday.
Upon arrival, police officers found a teenage boy who had been shot in the knee. At first, three girls and two boys, one of which was the victim, claimed the victim was wounded in a drive-by shooting. But after investigating, Tulsa Police believe the group broke into the home to have a party.
Police say the unidentified victim apparently pulled out a 32-caliber handgun and accidently shot himself.
The victim was taken to a Tulsa hospital for treatment of his wound.
The other four teens were taken to the Tulsa Police Department. Police say they could face possible burglary and obstruction charges.
