Police Investigate Crash Between Motorcycle, Car

Police are investigating a collision between a motorcycle and a car on Sunday. The accident happened about 12:30 a.m. at 41st Street South and Skelly Drive.

A man on a motorcycle was heading westbound on 41st Street when a car turned left from 41st Street eastbound through the Skelly Drive intersection. This caused the motorcycle to hit the rear passenger side of the car.

The man driving the motorcycle was transported to the hospital with serious injuries, but they are not believed to be life-threatening. The woman driving the car was also taken to the hospital with minor injuries.

Officers with the Tulsa Police Department are investigating the accident, but say it appears the woman failed to yield on the left turn.
