A ten hour standoff has come to an end with a suspect who shot an Oklahoma City Police officer on Thursday.
It is believed 55-year-old John Thomas shot a veteran police officer during a domestic dispute Thursday morning.
That led to the standoff, which ended Thursday night.
Thomas is in the Oklahoma County jail on complaints of assault with a deadly weapon and violation of a protective order.
The police officer was shot in the collarbone and is now recovering at home.
