Federal investigators released new developments in Monday's deadly plane crash. Clair Tromsness was killed when his plane hit the concrete median on the Will Rogers Turnpike and exploded.

The NTSB's preliminary report says witnesses spotted the plane in a near-90 degree nosedive before it crashed. Others said it was spiraling as it headed to the ground.

The NTSB still doesn't know what caused the experienced pilot to crash.
