Be Green Tulsa

Tulsa goes green on this Earth Day.

Mayor Kathy Taylor announced a new awareness campaign called Be Green Tulsa. She also launched a new website, BeGreenTulsa.com.

The site lists ways we can be more energy efficient and environmentally aware.  A new line of merchandise will also be sold, in an effort to educate people about environmental issues.

The money raised will help plant 20,000 trees in Tulsa by the year 2010.
