Four OSU fraternity members accused of beating a pledge last year made a deal with prosecutors on Friday.  The four Alpha Phi Alpha members pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor hazing charge.

A judge sentenced them to each write a 1,250 word paper on hazing, pay more than $3,700 in restitution and perform community service.  Another fraternity member got a similar sentence last November.

A sixth man is set to stand trial in June.

After the incident, OSU banned the fraternity.
