A woman faces charges of vandalism, hit and run and driving under the influence of alcohol after police say she got into a fight with another woman. Officers with the Tulsa Police Department say it started as a bar fight around 3 a.m. on Saturday. Then, the woman followed the victim to her home in the 6300 block of South Owasso.
The two start arguing and police say they began throwing canned vegetables at each other. The suspect left and then came back with a butcher knife. Witnesses say the woman started yelling, saying she was going to kill someone.
Neighbors called police and the woman hopped in her car and drove off, hitting two vehicles in the parking lot. Police caught up to the woman because she was speeding with no lights on.
The woman made it to 6600 South Peoria when she lost control and flipped her car while trying to turn right onto 66th Street.
The woman was taken to the hospital. Her conditions are unknown at this time. The Tulsa Police Department is investigating the disturbance.
