Federal investigators have issued their final report on an Oklahoma plane crash that killed five people last year.

The single-engine airplane crashed in Glenpool last October, just minutes after taking off from Jones Riverside Airport. The crash killed the four passengers, Tulsa Dr. Rhonda Lunn and her three teenage children.  The crash also killed the pilot, Rev. Bill Wiseman.

The National Transportation Safety Board report blames the crash on the pilot's failure to control the airplane and says high winds were a factor.
