Suspect In Bar Shooting Will Be Tried

A judge decides there is enough evidence against Brandon Brown to proceed to trial. 

Brandon Lee Brown is charged with first degree murder in the death of Jeremiah Francis. Police say Brown shot and killed Francis at Torchy's Briar Patch Lounge, located at 11th Street and 124th East Avenue in Tulsa last September.

Brown also faces weapons charges.
