Mini Meat Loaves

Ingredients

1 lb. Extra lean ground beef

1 pkg. Stuffing mix

1 c. Water

1 tsp. Italian seasoning

¾ c. Spaghetti sauce

¾ c. Mozzarella cheese

Cooking spray

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix meat, stuffing mix, water and the Italian seasoning until well blended. Spray muffin pan with cooking spray. Press mixture evenly into 12 medium muffin cups. Make an indentation in the center of each with the back of a spoon.

Coat tops of mini meatloaves with spaghetti sauce.

Bake 30 minutes. Top evenly with cheese and continue baking 5 minutes.
