An attorney for two former police officers charged in the death of a five-year-old Noble boy hints the two might accept a plea bargain.

The two are charged with manslaughter in the death of Austin Haley.  The officers were responding to a call about a snake in a birdhouse back in September, and one of the officers fired at the snake.

The five-year-old boy was fishing with his grandfather at a pond nearby.  The officer's bullet hit Haley in the head, killing the boy.
