Man Found Guilty In Beating

It took jurors less than three hours to find a Muskogee man guilty of beating a Domino's pizza delivery man.  Jurors are now recommending Jesse Moler serve at least eight years of a possible 33 year prison sentence.

Authorities say Moler and two others lured Jason Rush to an empty apartment, then beat him with a baseball bat and robbed him.

Christina Hall is already serving prison time for her part in the crime.

A third suspect, Robert Peters, will have his preliminary hearing April 25th.

Moler's sentencing is set for April 28th.
