Lawsuit Filed In Muskogee Bus Crash

Two years after a school bus crash, families of the victims are suing the Muskogee school district and bus driver.  The driver blacked out at the wheel in 2006.

The lawsuit was filed on behalf of the families of two students injured in the crash.

They're asking for more than $10,000 in damages.

Traffic records show it was the second time the driver had blacked out and crashed in five months.
