Education is a top priority this legislative session.  A senate committee has approved a bill that would allow Indian tribes to start charter schools in Tulsa County.

Meanwhile, Tulsa Public Schools are facing a lawsuit that could shut down its three existing charter schools. 

Also in education bills, Governor Henry's plan to make sure at-risk students get their diplomas has passed its first hurdle.

A senate committee approved the training of graduation coaches to mentor Oklahoma high schoolers.
