PRYOR, Okla. (AP) -- The death of a Mayes County man who died last week after a lengthy hospital stay has been ruled a homicide.

A spokesman for the state Medical Examiner's Office says 66-year-old Terry Lee McClain died of complications from blunt force trauma to the chest.
